Members keep ownership of the original ceramic works they create. Nothing in this notice transfers ownership of a member's own artwork to Studio Workshop Collective LLC.

3. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Studio Workshop Collective LLC, operating as Claymore, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit a membership application we collect your name, email address, making style, studio availability, requested start date, and anything you choose to share about yourself. When you sign the membership agreement we collect your full legal name, email address, the date you enter, and your typed acknowledgment.
• Information collected automatically. To create a tamper evident record of a signed agreement, we record the date and time of submission, your IP address, and your browser user agent.
• In the studio. As described in the Member Terms, the physical studio uses video surveillance for safety and security.

How we use your information

We use your information to review and respond to membership applications, to communicate with you, to create and keep records of signed agreements, to operate and improve the studio, and to comply with our legal obligations.

How we store and share it

Your information is stored using Amazon Web Services in the United States. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, such as cloud hosting and email, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep application and agreement records for as long as needed to run the studio and to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing claymorechicago@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website and the studio are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it. The site and its content are provided on an as is basis, without warranties of any kind.
